Salsa Nights Weekender Terms & Conditions Booking form A booking form must be completed to reserve your residential place on the weekender. The first person on the booking form shall be the person signing the form, and this person accepts the terms and conditions of booking for all persons named on the booking form. Once we have received your booking form we will send, to the first person on the booking form, confirmation of your reservation together with deposits required, total cost and dates monies are due by. Please check your confirmation to ensure that all details are correct, as changes can only be made subject to availability and may not be possible closer to the event. What to Pay Once your reservation has been made, you must pay a deposit to book your place on the weekender. The deposit is a non-refundable booking fee and is payable by the specified booking date on the booking form. The full balance is payable by the specified date on the booking form. Any late bookings are made at the discretion of Salsa Nights and will be payable in full at the time of booking. A contract will be in place once your first payment has cleared and your booking confirmation has been despatched. Amending your Booking If you want to amend your booking please contact us immediately. Amendments are subject to availability but we will do our best to meet your requests, and if we are able to fulfil your requirements, a revised booking confirmation will be forwarded. Cancellation If you wish to cancel your booking, the person who has signed the booking form must write to us. Deposits are non-refundable, and the following cancellation charges will also apply according the notice of cancellation: Period of written notice: Cancellation charge: More than 30 days Deposit only 15 to 30 days 30% of total payment 8 to 14 days 50% of total payment 1 to 7 days Full cost of booking If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund. Non-Residential Bookings Non-residential passes include everything the residential passes include, except accommodation and meals. These passes are for local residents only. The term local is used at the discretion of Salsa Nights. If you are unsure if you are eligible for a day pass, please contact Salsa Nights in advance. Anyone travelling from further afield but booking accommodation somewhere other than at the Royal Hotel will not be permitted a day pass. Polite notice Residential and non-residential bookings must be made through Salsa Nights; anyone booking privately through the hotel will incur a surcharge if they wish to attend the parties and workshops.
