Brand New Salsa Classes in Bridgwater

We will be starting from a complete beginner level with introduce to the basic timing & moves. Building up usable routines that can then be used to Salsa freestyle & we are evening giving you the opportunity to try out your new found salsa skills in a monthly party at the The Exchange.

Where salsa dancers from all over will come to party with you & you will see what can easily be achieved with a little practice.

Each lesson in the course will start promptly at 8pm with a basic warm up to get you moving.

Follow buy learning the foundation footwork the building block of this great Latin dance.

Then on to dance with a partner & learning routines to practice.

Fun warm down to finish the lesson

We will then have an improvers level class after the beginners class is finished. We welcome any Salsa Dancers to come join us come & inspire the beginners buy joining the beginners class use it as your warm up. good leaders & followers will really help anyone new to improver faster. :)
